Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item please contact us by email (info@villique.com.au) or phone within 7 days of receiving your item and we will provide you with an Exchange Authorisation Number.

Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged unless the item is defective.  Please refer to our Refund policy for defective items.

Items submitted for exchange must be in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

You are responsible for the cost of delivery charges and we recommend using a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for the item until it reaches us.  Please email us the tracking number once the item has been posted so we know the item is on its way.

Please ensure your item is packed in a way to prevent damage to the item and be accompanied with a note specifying your Exchange Authorisation Number, the item being returned and your contact details.

Once we have received, inspected the item and the exchange conditions have been met we will send you a confirmation email and issue you a Credit Note (value will exclude shipping charges).  Your Credit Note will be valid for 3 months.

Refunds

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of defects and will accept any defective item for a full refund (including shipping charges).

If you believe your item is defective please contact us by email (info@villique.com.au) or phone within 7 days of receiving your item. Please email photos of the item and explain the defect observed.  Once we have assessed the defect we will email you a Refund Authorisation Number.

Defective items submitted for refund should be in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Please use the most economical way to return your item and we recommend using a tracking number. Please email us the tracking number once posted so we know the item is on its way.

Please ensure your item is packed in a way to prevent further damage to the item and be accompanied with a note specifying your Refund Authorisation Number, the item being returned, your contact details, your bank account details and a copy of your shipping receipt.

Once we have received, inspected the item and the refund conditions have been met we will send you a confirmation email and issue a full refund (including shipping charges) Please enclose a copy of your shipping receipt.
